Every sale includes all the information you need to participate in an informed manner: you will find photos and videos of the properties, estimates of their value, the base price, additional costs, the fees you will incur if you win the auction, how to pay and what to do to see and claim the item. You will also find the contact details for the auction contact person, whom you can ask for any information you think may be useful in deciding whether and how to participate
