The request, transmitted digitally, allows for publication on the portal www.astalegale.net, which is registered on the Ministerial list pursuant to Ministerial Decree 31/10/2006 and pursuant to Art. 490, par. 2 of the Civil Procedure Code, on the linked national websites (asteimmobili.it, portaleaste.com, publicomonline.it) and on the court's website (if this is managed by Astalegale.net).
The area also allows you to activate the online auction, if chosen to supplement the publishing service.

The Genius Suite uses the Access Point provided by Astalegale.net, which is registered with the Ministry of Justice. In order to access the Genius Suite, it is necessary to be in possession of a digital signature device (Smart Card or Business Key) with an authentication certificate that certifies the identity of the service user and ensures secure navigation within the portal.
