Bindung laut L.G. 6.11.1973 Nr. 66. Es wird außerdem darauf hingewiesen, dass, da sich die Wohnung im Gewerbegebiet von Algund befindet und ursprünglich als Dienstwohnung des darunter liegenden Unternehmens diente, absolute Unsicherheit (auch angesichts widersprüchlicher Stellungnahmen verschiedener öffentlicher Einrichtungen) hinsichtlich der Anforderungen an den zukünftigen Käufer der Immobilie besteht, um das Eigentum an dem Anteil ordnungsgemäß zu erwerben.
